If your tour (or visit) is canceled due to bad weather conditions, we will inform you as soon as possible by email or by sms. Otherwise, your tour is still running and your ticket is still valid.
All of our vouchers need to be redeemed from the activity suppliers before starting your activity. You can either have a Skip-the-line official ticket and enter directly to the venue or show your voucher at the cashier/reception. On the ticket/tour voucher you'll find where to show your ticket and in case your advantages (es. skip-the-line, open-date).
To cancel your booking within the cancellation policy, please contact us by mail (info@holli-day.com) adding your booking order number and payment details. Our team will reply as soon as possible, you will receive the refund directly via the same payment method you used for the booking. Please note that it will take at least 5 business days to show on your card/account.
You can change the date and/or time of a booking, activity types or add-ons by contacting us by mail (info@holli-day.com) or calling us at 0039 348 651 02 49, any change will be made according to the cancellation policy terms.
It can take up to 15 minutes for the tickets to be sent. Also, please check your spam folder. If it is not in there please contact us by mail at info@tickets-tours.com or by phone 0039 348 651 0249.
Your tickets will be sent by email directly after your payment.
For your tour/ticket payment you can choose from several different online payment methods:
- Credit or debit card
- PayPal
- Sofort
- iDEAL
Please note that the payment options available may depend on your selected currency or country. You can see all the payment methods at your disposal during the booking process.
We will use your email address to send the tickets.
In case of problems with your order or any news (cancellation for bad weather, change of departure, etc.) of a tour we will send you a SMS or call you.
